All submitted papers must be in English and at least 4 pages or more than 2000 words, including an abstract not exceeding 200 words and references. Submissions must be in PDF format and adhere to the EIUISC 2025 templates.

All manuscripts must have an overall similarity index below 20% with no single source exceeding 4% similarity and an AI index does not exceed 20%. Please include your Turnitin report with your submission

All papers will be reviewed and evaluated by the EIUISC 2025 committee. The authors of selected papers will be invited to deliver oral presentations or poster presentations at the conference. Selected papers will be published in the Proceedings of Eastern International University Scientific Conference (with ISBN code).

Based on the quality of the paper, it can be transferred to one of four Journals for publication (at no charge to the author).

(1) Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies (JABES) (Scopus, Q1) 

(2) The special issue on Asia-Pacific Journal of Science and Technology (Scopus, Q4) in engineering, information technology, and health sciences.

(3) Journal of International Economics and Management (State Council for Professorship 1.0 point, ACI index)

(4) Journal of Science and Technology – Industrial University of HCMC (0,25-0,5 point in State Council for Professorship)
