Assoc.Prof. Takaaki Goto – Faculty of Information Sciences and Arts, Toyo University, Japan.

Assoc.Prof. Takaaki Goto is a distinguished scholar with deep expertise in software engineering, open-source systems, graph grammar, and visualization. His research focuses on advanced software methodologies, modeling languages, and technology integration to address practical problems such as sales forecasting, blood donation management, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.

He has published extensively in reputable international journals and conferences, and he also serves in leadership roles within the scientific community — for example, as President of the ACIS Society and an organizer of various international conferences. With extensive teaching and research experience across multiple Japanese universities, he continues to make significant contributions to the advancement of software engineering and artificial intelligence at the international level.

Dr. Shih-Chi Chung – School of Nursing, Chung Shan Medical University, Taiwan.

Professor Cheng-Yi Huang, Chung Shan Medical University, Taiwan, is a distinguished female scholar specializing in clinical nursing and nursing education. She teaches a wide range of courses, including medical–surgical nursing, emergency nursing, clinical examination, and human sexuality education.

Her research focuses on the development of measurement tools for attitudes and behavioral intentions toward sexual health care, as well as examining the relationship between learning needs and behaviors in sexual health care, with gender serving as a moderating factor.

In addition, Professor Huang is actively involved in developing innovative educational models that integrate approaches such as problem-based learning (PBL), simulation, and interdisciplinary design to enhance nursing students’ competencies in modern healthcare environments.

Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hai – Deputy Director, The University of Hong Kong Representative Office, Vietnam.

Dr. Nguyen’s research primarily focuses on the optimal design of policies and regulations. His academic interests also include the economic history of labor markets and financial development in Vietnam, the United States, Europe, China, and Hong Kong. Throughout his career, Dr. Nguyen has delivered numerous presentations, seminars, and invited lectures at leading international conferences, universities, and corporations. He also conducts training courses on public speaking and academic writing for students, young researchers, and corporate professionals.

His work has been published in top international journals such as the Journal of Banking and Finance and the International Review of Economics and Finance. He is also a regular contributor to Nhan Dan Newspaper, Saigon Times, VnEconomy, and other media outlets. In 2022, he and his co-author received the Third Prize (Category C) at Vietnam’s National Press Awards, the country’s most prestigious recognition in journalism.
