KEYNOTE SPEAKERS

Dr. Ly Duy Khiem is Director, Intelligent Operations Center cum Deputy Director, Production and Business Department at Becamex IDC group. His main works include heading the Intelligent Operations Center together with the Management Boards of Group’s Industrial Parks and Residential Areas in Binh Duong, presently focusing on residential, commercial, industrial property operation and sustainable development.
Dr. Ly Duy Khiem holds a Ph.D. in Urban Drainage from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA Lyon – France) and MSc in Hydroinformatics and Water Management (Erasmus Mundus – EuroAquae). He also received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore (Singapore).

Dr Akrum Helfaya is the Associate Professor in Accounting at Keele Business School, Keele University. My PhD was on “Assessing the Quality of UK Corporate Environmental Reporting” from the University of Aberdeen. My teaching interests are: Accounting for Sustainability; Financial Accounting; Corporate Governance and CSR; Financial Management; Financial Decision Making, and Research Methods. Dr Akrum’s publications appear in top accounting and business journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Business Strategy, and the Environment, Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, International Journal of Accounting, European Accounting Review, Accounting Education, etc..
